We will accept all returns or exchanges as long as they are requested within 30 days of the ship date of your order and the product was neither worn nor washed. If we make a mistake when shipping your order we will cover all the shipping costs involved to remedy the situation. However, if the mistake was made by the customer (ex. ordering the wrong size) then the customer will be responsible for any and all additional shipping costs. If you are returning a(n) item(s) for size exchange, please include a stamped, self-addressed package so we can return the requested exchange back to you.

Include a copy of the packing slip with a note describing why you are returning the item or what you would like to exchange the item for. When mailing an item back to us, we recommend sending it certified mail this method allows for tracking. Return shipping is completely at your own risk. If we do not receive the item back we can not credit you the cost of that item

We ship all orders via the U.S. Post Office. The cost for deliveries within the United States is $5.95 for the first item then $1.00 for each additional item. Orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Air Mail. All orders are F.O.B.(Free On Board)Kapaa, Hawaii. All orders are sent with a USPS "Delivery Confirmation" Receipt. Confirmation of delivery on the USPS internet site will constitute proof of delivery. We do not ship internationally.
